We offer custom curing and smoking for your hams and bacons. We charge by the piece.
Our pricing is as follows:
Hams- $15.00/piece. Packaging options include:
- left whole,
- cut in 1/2
- center-sliced (2 ham roast on each end with 4 slices from the center)
Bacons- $13.00/piece. Packaging options include:
- 1# or 2# packages
- Thick or thin slice
