Curing and Smoking


We offer custom curing and smoking for your hams and bacons. We charge by the piece.
Our pricing is as follows:

Hams- $15.00/piece. Packaging options include:

  • left whole,
  • cut in 1/2
  • center-sliced (2 ham roast on each end with 4 slices from the center)

Bacons- $13.00/piece. Packaging options include:

  • 1# or 2# packages
  • Thick or thin slice
