We offer locally raised hogs priced at 2.89/lb cut, wrap, and froze. Flavored sausage and ham/bacon smoking will incur additional fees.

With the purchase of a half or whole hog, you can expect to get the following:

  • ham
  • bacon
  • pork chops
  • spare ribs
  • pork shoulder (steak or roast)
  • arm roast
  • sausage (country style breakfast, salt and pepper, sweet italian, or hot italian). Sausage is available in bulk 1# packs or links.
  • lard, hocks, liver (all optional)

Our average  half hog has a dressed weight of 100 lbs. An EXAMPLE price would be as follows:

  • half hog weight- 100lbs
  • price- 2.89/lb
  • smoking ham/bacon- $28.00
  • half hog kill fee- $25.00
  • sausage seasoning $0.50/lb for 15lbs- $7.50
  • box charge half hog- $14.00

Total example price: $363.50
