We offer locally raised hogs priced at 2.89/lb cut, wrap, and froze. Flavored sausage and ham/bacon smoking will incur additional fees.
With the purchase of a half or whole hog, you can expect to get the following:
- ham
- bacon
- pork chops
- spare ribs
- pork shoulder (steak or roast)
- arm roast
- sausage (country style breakfast, salt and pepper, sweet italian, or hot italian). Sausage is available in bulk 1# packs or links.
- lard, hocks, liver (all optional)
Our average half hog has a dressed weight of 100 lbs. An EXAMPLE price would be as follows:
- half hog weight- 100lbs
- price- 2.89/lb
- smoking ham/bacon- $28.00
- half hog kill fee- $25.00
- sausage seasoning $0.50/lb for 15lbs- $7.50
- box charge half hog- $14.00
